I recently had surgery and was unable to get a package from the package room to my apartment. Karen graciously agreed to take the package from the package room and deliver it to my door. This was above and beyond my expectations for the apartment management. She did this willingly and was very sweet to my dog when he ran out of my apartment door. Helpfulness and a caring attitude are typical of Karen's work style and personality. She is efficient, very upbeat, professional and a hard worker. I am very grateful for the package delivery. I am also very grateful to have Karen on staff at Graystone

Graystone Heights has been a pleasure to live at! Although all the staff are willing to help me with my needs, Jose is always the one making sure things are getting done! I know if I have a concern, I can have it taken care of it no time working with their management team!
It is always so nice having smiling faces walking the hallways or in the office! You won’t regret signing a lease here and making it your new home! Rest assured, Jose and the team have it all covered ☺️

Jose, the property manager is absolutely excellent. He is helpful and is full of positive energy. He gave us a tour of this amazing location which has so much to offer. It has a room that you can use for events, indoor/outdoor pool, a theatre room, any my favorite, a doggie/pet playground. Wowzers!!! If you are looking for a great place to rent....I highly recommend contacting Jose ;)

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I've been living here for a few months, and at first it seemed like a wonderful place to live. It seemed safe and quiet. Management was super helpful.
But recent events have washed that all down the drain. A woman's storage box was broken into in the parking garage. Another woman's apartment was broken into. And instead of reassuring residents that they're looking into it, management is patrolling the group page on Facebook and deleting any post mentioning the incidents.
This complex boasts signs outside that they're part of a "crime free neighborhood

Maddie has been incredibly helpful. Last night just after dinner, our thermostat lost power. Maddie consulted on the phone about changing batteries; when that did not work for us, she left her dinner on a Friday evening and drove to our apartment. We got it going. She has helped find packages, helped with a lost paper, and is always pleasant and friendly. She has even shared good places to eat, as we are from another state. What a difference this has made!

Graystone Heights has given me a chance to live luxurious! With 2 pools, a movie theater, pool table, gym, etc etc I have had the best year of my life since moving in here! Karen has always been great since the day I moved in she’s helped me with anything I needed. Highly recommend living here if you’re looking for daily activities to keep you busy in your very own apartment!

I loved living at Graystone!! The staff was super attentive and took care of any problems ASAP. They also did a great job of keeping the buildings clean and fresh. The food truck was also I nice perk! I worked with Jose and Karen the most and they were great!! Thank you for making my transition to Sioux Falls so easy!
