This RV park is so nice and clean. We had a lovely spot right next to the creek where ducks swam by everyday. Great place, and close to downtown Pigeon Forge!

Conveniently located to all activities and Dollywood. The roads and pads are paved nicely but the spaces are short. Even the pull throughs were too short for our Class A. Laundry room was clean but only has 2 washers. I loved hearing the whistle from the Dollywood train all day but some campers might be annoyed.

This is a cramped but well maintained campground with lots of rules selectively enforced. Nothing great here and run by a very low intelligence staff. The manager is very dumb and cannot and will not comprehend any problem. She just continues to talk without listening then tells you to leave the office or she will terminate your stay. It is hard to understand why the owner would tolerate her conduct unless she is family. Manager's name is Tabitha and she is a liar. They shut out water off at 8PM when instructions clearly said after 9 then she reprinted the sheet because she new she was wrong.

It was a very nice and clean campground.Clean pool also. They come around every morning and pick up your garbage.
Good location. We walked down over the hill and we were on the main drag of Pigeon Forge.
Across the street was a hotel that they work with. We were allowed to use their Pool,Hot tub and Lazy River.
Only bad thing I could say about the campground was our spot was right next to the main road.
Definitely stay there again.

Hidden gem of an RV park. I love a concrete pad AND patio, nicely maintained grass. Close to the drive into Gatlinburg, shopping, restaurants. LOVE it! Stayed at Smoky Bear last year, ugh! Far out in Gatlinburg sites too close together horrible hot tub. Stay at Pine Mountain once, you'll come back time and time again.

Very nice secluded campground. Second time to stay at this campground will return in the future. What I like about this resort is that it is off the main thoroughfare in pigeion forge with access to indoor and outdoor pool year around. Resort has level concrete pads with plenty of room between sites (a plus) and full hookups. Excellent shower facility.

Notice to all who are booking upcoming trips. Once your reservation is booked a $250 NON refundable NON transferable fee is assessed (they pre paid a year ago for a spot). My in-laws who have been coming to this resort for 7 years had a medical issue this fall and couldn’t make it till the spring. When they called in to move the reservation they were told (by Bruce) that the $250 does not transfer to the new date and they would have to pay a second time. They want to return and stay again. They DONT want a refund, just a later date. I would understand if you cancelled a couple of days prior to

We stayed at Pine Mountain RV Resort in October 2021
The resort is a very short distance off the main drag in Pigeon Forge.
Traffic in Pigeon Forge proper is ridiculous. A major tourist destination. Background road noise is constant.
Upon arrival, we pulled into the entrance parking area, walked up to the office, a sign in the window "Back in 5 minutes". Waited 15 minutes, no one showed up. We consulted with other campers who told us this was common and to drive to our site, set up then registered later.
Pine Mountain RV Resort is advertised as big rig friendly, but has very tight roadways

This campground is cozy and quiet and you're not packed in like the other places we have seen nearby. They keep it very clean, and have nice bathrooms , showers, and laundry facilities. Plus you can use pools, lazy river and hot tubs at the hotel across the street.

We stayed in a cabin next to an RV spot that my parents were in.
The grounds are well kept, cabin was wonderful, and the check in staff were amazing.
It's less than 2 minutes from the main drag in Pidgeon Forge and the drive layout inside the park was smooth and well thought out.
As far as the cabin went we had 2 bedrooms with big closets in each. The toilet and shower are small but that's easy to overlook with a full pantry, full size fridge, full size oven and stove, and a small dish washer.
I highly recommend staying here.
