Smoky Mountain Premier RV is One Of The Few RV Parks In The Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge Area That Can Accommodate The Large Rigs!. Our beautiful 16 acre park is located on Highway 321 in Cosby, Tennessee. From here it is just a short drive to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, from I-40 via Newport.
We are also located just across a narrow gravel road from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, so as you can imagine we have plenty of trees here in the park.There are even some hiking trails that lead into the National Park just across the gravel road from us. Only certified local firewood is permitted because we are adjacent to the Smoky Mountain National Park. Firewood is available for purchase in the campground store. Do not cut trees, branches, or remove bark from trees. Everyone should be at their campsite at quiet time - Any children under 18 years old found wandering the resort after quiet time will be escorted back to their site.

Before your trip begins read and understand your rider check list and ask any questions at this time. The driver should hold onto the steering wheel and the passenger should hold onto the grab bar at all times. This will keep your arms and hands safe if the UTV tips or rolls over. Do not remove your hands until the UTV comes to a complete stop.
Go Right at the end of the interstate exit ramp toward Gatlinburg/Cosby (Hwy 321/Cosby Hwy). 8 miles turn right onto Hooper Hwy (staying on Hwy 321) there is a sign there that says "turn right to Gatlinburg". Campground is 2 miles from here on your LEFT. Pay close attention that Cosby Real Estate is on your right, we are the very next driveway on your left.

Cabin #42 was furnished and immaculate with a comfy queen bed and bunk beds. Including Also Clean linens (sheets, towels) are provided. They also provide enough coffee and toilet paper for your stay. Staff were friendly. Cleanest facilities I've ever experienced at a campground. Large personal bathrooms available with shower and sink. Nice laundry room open 24 hours. We were here in June for my sons birthday and enjoyed the in ground swimming pool!

Campground management should just make this park a "no pets" facility because they certainly do not like dogs. The dog walking area could not be further away from the campsites. The leash policy is enforced with zero tolerance and the manager sneaks around looking for anything anyone might be doing in violation of his long list of "rules". He used several methods and occurances attempting to intimidate different members of our party. Was not an enjoyable experience at all. Once was enough for us. Would not go back here if it was the only campground left in the Smokies. The manager had no problems

We just completed our 4th stay in one of the Deluxe Cabins. This has become our happy place. A nice quiet peaceful place to relax. We love this place it has nice accommodations and friendly staff. We really appreciate Jeremy he is always out and about the park making sure everyone is taken care of. He has been very helpful to us even gave us recommendations on fresh steaks for grilling close by.

The campground is on a side of a mountain, heavily wooded so that there are no views. However, the sites are level and well-maintained. Although the sites are close together, the owners have allowed trees and vegetation to grow between the sites which gives the illusion of privacy. Check-in was fast and effecient and we had help to locate our site and position our RV. Firewood is $7.50 for ten sticks of pretty good wood. Premier sites have concrete patios and nice outdoor furniture. There is a pool which is void of people most of the time. We have big dogs so the best part of the campground is

This was our first time traveling to the area. We chose to stay here because it was away from the cities and all of the people and traffic. It was about a 30 minute drive to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge which was reasonable to us. We are so glad we stayed here ! We have been camping for five years and this is the nicest campground we have been to. It is very clean. There are a number of private bathrooms with showers. They were very clean and well kept. My son actually decided to use the private bathroom rather than shower in our camper. The pool was great. Very clean and well kept. We enjoyed it for

Amazing place to camp!! My mom and I stayed here for a week with our two dogs and had the best time! Our pups loved the dog park and exploring around the area. Our favorite part of the campground though was a staff member, “dammit Jeremy”, he made the whole trip! He is friendly, helpful, and funny too! We couldn’t have asked for a better trip! Will definitely be returning here in the Fall.

KOA Smokey Mountain RV Resort was an excellent resort. The entire staff and owner was extremely friendly, accommodating and professional. Numerous times they asked us if we needed anything or could they do anything for us. The UTV Adventure that they have there is a must do adventure! You won’t be disappointed! We will go back.
