If you are looking for a quiet RV park in the woods, this IS NOT it. If you are looking for a place to park your home base while you go do all the touristy things, then this might be up your alley. Sites are very small and they crammed as many as possible in this tiny area. The WiFi signal they offer is spotty if best.

It's a spot to stay only. I personally will not come back. At 830 pm, we've been told you are too loud because someone complained. I'm sorry but quite time is at 10 (rules say 11) but we are in bed by then. We didn't have music that loud by no means as my 83 yr old mother in law is inside my camper laying down. The place is like a one night stand hotel the way people come and go at this place. I'm adding to my review as the owner's response implies we were rude. 2 couples with a 5 year old sitting around a camp fire singing a favorite song is hardly rude. The employee was very nice and apologized

I like the location on wears valley, good price, full hook ups. Sites are on the close side but not bad (I've stayed places much tighter). Concrete pad and fire ring on site. I used the bathhouse since I needed to wash my hair and it was below freezing so we had to un-hook the water. Bathhouse was clean, warm, private with festive shower curtains. It wasn't too damp so I was able to dry off quickly. The shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Very clean! It's a pretty park. I would definitely return. Washer and dryers look new and clean. Pool was closed for the season. My only

Very nice RV park off the busy path, we were little shocked by the road noise being right up against the fence and the road, we adjusted to it after a few days, but we had a wonderful stay for 5 nights and with the leaves changing and the river the campground was beautiful! Nice and clean and nice staff, still close to everything!

Nice place. Across the creek from the high school, took a lil while to figure out where the football practice whistle was coming from. Be careful when pulling out, not a very safe entrance to the roadway. Spot was very tight near the creek, barely had space for our vehicle. Other than those two small details the park was great, nice bath house.

Stayed here for a week and had a great experience. The park is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We stayed in site 34 that backs up to the creek and loved it. The campground was close to all the entertainment of Pigeon Forge but still fairly quiet in the evenings. We would definitely stay here again.

Great RV park, centrally located. Loved the creek and the beautiful trees. Staff at the front office were so very helpful and super awesome to deal with. Reason for four stars:
1. Exiting the campground onto the secondary sidestreet was a blind turn into speeding traffic.
2. Pool closed due to repairs( very difficult to get parts to repair, totally understandable)
3. Some intrusive folks staying at the park who did not know how to mind their business.
Note: the front office staff were AMAZING!!!
We would stay there again and definitely recommend it!
