Hurt,,,,,, equals $$$$$$$ they work on a %, be ready to wait 2 years or more. most of their work is done on the phone, no court in most cases, in about 2 years, your lawyer will wait until 2 years is almost up before filing the case in court, only if the insurance shows no signs of wanting to settle, the case has a time limit to be filed, within 2 years, the lawyer waits for you to heal up, or see how bad off you are in 2 years down the road, the insurance likes to wait as well, personal property, the insurance settles within 30 days most of the time.

These law offices exist solely based off of predatory towing practices. Their lawyers are inexperienced, underqualified, and will not fully assist you in the way that you would expect. The majority of their income comes from towing cars, at all hours of the night, from their parking lot. The parking lot that they have is worth more than their entire company. Do not use these lawyers, they are unethical, and the absolute definition of the cartoon depiction of a lawyer. Spend your money elsewhere.

I retained one of their attorneys when I got injured at work. He was absolutely worthless! Did little or nothing to help my case. He told me I needed to flip burgers or become a Wal-Mart greeter. I had 3 crushed vertebra in my neck which required surgery. I was told by my surgeon I could not work. When this attorney showed up at a disability hearing for me ( which he told me I didn't need to attend), he told them to dismiss my case! He then told me to go find another attorney. No problem! I will find one who truly cares and isn't an unprofessional idiot.

I've used this law firm several times, both when I was hit by drivers running red lights. They are professional, experienced and competent. They've negotiated with my own insurance company and that of the at fault drivers to get my medical bills paid and with something left over to (in the most recent accident) compensate me for the almost three years that I was laid up. Everyone at the law firm was concerned for my welfare and put me at ease. I would definitely use them again if the need arose and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
