Don’t let their good reviews from the date previous to August of this year fool you. Management is the poorest I’ve witnessed in half a dozen years. If they spent a fraction of their time and effort on taking care of residents as they do on trying to “look good” to the outside rental prospects, the community as a whole would be much better off.

This is the “new normal” since the change of hands between management companies. A cold, unfriendly manager and disinterested assistant. There is one assistant who works in the office who is friendly and he goes above and beyond, but the complex is falling into disrepair and there has only been a handful of instances since summer where the trash wasn’t pouring into the street. They’re quick to chase down rent but won’t use rent money to upkeep facilities or even remove trash.

We moved to the Park at Crossroads community a couple of weeks ago after living in a home in the Knightdale area for over 15 years. While there is an adjustment to moving from a home you own to a rental community, we couldn't be happier with our picking Park as our new home! The apartment is very spacious and we are enjoying making it ours. I will say there are things that might need some improvement, but like any home owner or renter knows...isn't there always something??? The staff has been very helpful and timely in working with some of our first move in requests and minor maintenance issues

Horrible leasing office staff stay far away from here. All I want is my money back can’t even reach anyone in the leasing office regarding for my refund check even call corporate office no response and no call back either. Mackenzie and Shelbi horrible leasing agent stay far away it is not worth your time and energy.

My family consisting of my wife and two young sons, living at this distinguished place of residence since 2016, are most fortunate as not only are the apartments spacious and conveniently located, the staff from the on-site manager, April King, to her entire team of administrators and service group are top shelf professionals. I'll single out the most recent example of this just two days ago. Our dryer was not operating. So I gave Susan a call and she forthwith coordinated with the service squad and Brian came over in short order. He was exceptionally thorough in clearing out the lint from within

I love my morning sun, bright, airy apartment in the trees. A gigantic patio, even in a one bedroom - room for a hammock, a table, two chairs, and still have extra space. Back shed and bonus front shed (SO MUCH storage space!). Garden tub with built in shelves in the shower. Choice of accent wall. Office staff is friendly, maintenance staff is not only friendly but QUICK. Lots of people with happy dogs. 3 dog parks. Beautiful pools. Amazon hub. Underwhelming , was very excited about moving here. It's been 4 days, definitely didn't have a smooth experience. Good things (2 stars)- Great location and apartment is spacious!.
I was very excited and signed the lease. Unfortunately moved in this weekend and was disappointed to find apartment wasn't painted not cleaned. Its not bad, but for a luxury apartment and such good reviews, I didn't expect to walk in with stains, dirty cabinets. Office staff though friendly, just said maintenance must have forgotten to clean it up. Raised a maintenance request , so didn't unpack my stuff as they said
