We have been customers and clients of the Computer Doctors for as long as I can remember. Marc has just left here after installing a replacement for one of our machines. He did a great job of making Windows 10 look as friendly and similar to the retired machine as possible. Including taking the time to install copies of the Win 7 programs we are accustomed to using.

PLUS...quality of work. MINUS...scheduled on one day, didn't show up, called, told I was scheduled for the NEXT day (That mistake wasn't on my end, I still had the notation right next to the phone, and I wasn't available the day THEY had me scheduled, so I know I hadn't agreed to it.) PLUS: They still came out later that same day. MINUS: gave me estimate of cost that ended up being $250 more. (I understand the hard drive was difficult, but no price break AT ALL, still billed maximum per hour.) MINUS: didn't call day of second appointment to confirm. MINUS: tech did stay
