If you need someone you can trust with your eye's the Hal over at Clinton Eye Associates is who you want to see! He is a super friendly guy who know's his stuff! His Practice is up to date with the latest and greatest in Tech, and very nice selection of glasses. It has that nice feeling when you go inside that your eye's are in good hands!

If I could give negative stars I would. This is by far the worst customer experience I have ever had. They are unclear on their billing policies. They never called me when my contacts were in. When they came in they were incorrect.
I purchased contacts through them and only received supply for one eye. I was called back multiple times and each time they messed up the order, again giving me the prescription for the same eye. Very incompetent staff!

Can't say enough good things about Dr. Ostrom and the staff at Clinton Eye Associates. They are so helpful with appointment reminders which I need with my busy life and are really helpful in scheduling as we travel quite a distance to have Dr. Ostrom as our eye doctor...we like him that much! He was right on top of our daughters recent loss of vision and helped us to make all the right decisions to help the situation. She is now using the Ortho K contacts at night and it has been amazing...we had no idea how much of her day she was missing with just glasses....she now has 20/20 vision again and

Dr. Ostrom has been my eye doctor since I moved to CT 12 years ago. I am very happy with his services. He's patient in his explanation and aware of eye issues specific to the CT Shoreline. As an example he detected black spots, as a result of too much sun exposure while sailing. I now wear sunglasses ALL the time while sailing and my eyes are much healthier.

I am the biggest wimp in the world when it comes to eye exams. I' not sure why but just the thought of someone poking around my eyes makes me what to loose my lunch. I've have broken bones, severe burns and all kinds of other cool injuries that never bothered me but I can't stand anything around my eyes.
Dr Ostrom knows that I'm a big poltroon when it comes to eye exams and he goes out of his way to be gentle and reassuring. He does a through exam and explains everything but tries to minimize the gross eyeball details.
