Our practice was founded by Susan L. Schooler, P.A.-C, who graduated from the Des Moines University's College of Health Sciences; she has been nationally Certified with Honors by the NCCPA. Sue Schooler practiced with and was trained for well over a decade by some of the leading ENT, Dermatology, and Plastic Surgery specialists throughout the country.

Was handled quickly and haphazardly. Was barely looked at at all by a young woman I’d never heard of from this facility. I’ve been here before and had EXCELLENT care over 10 years ago and now to come back and be treated like a fast food customer? Unreal.
They didn’t even submit my prescriptions. I’ve been in pain waiting for this appointment for months after being shafted in April.

Super staff all the way around. The staff in the front are super kind and helpful when working with insurance and co-pay. I have had appointments with both Sue and Michon. They want you to have an improved quality of life and care. I have always felt this from my first trip. I highly recommend Skin Iowa.

A friend recommended me to Skin Iowa to purchase Zo skincare and I was truly disappointed with the service I was provided. I was more than willing to support local and buy products from them and the esthetician that called me for my consult was horrible. She acted like I was bothering her and didn't want to answer any suggestions or tell me about the product line in general. All I needed her to do was tell me about the product line and she gave off the vibe like I was bothering her. Very unfortunate as I just went online and gave my $$ directly to the company Zo Skincare. I could have saved 20

Very satisfied with Doctor Susan and Jessica’s work.
Very open book and explained to me what to expect after removing my moles.
I went back for the second time because my first visit went really well and I was healing so fast.
The front desk team are also very welcoming, even when they answer the phone call, you can feel the positive vibe.

Michon was so amazing! I have been looking for a dermatologist for a while, but have put it off for over 7 years. I was actually going to go to another derm, but they never picked up their phone and when I went to google saw that they had horrible reviews.
