Mr. Diamante, the founder of our firm, has practiced law since 1995. He is a California State Bar certified specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law. Mr. Diamante earned his Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from the University of California, Berkeley with honors and a Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.

United States citizenship is the most precious and protected status under the immigration laws. A U.S. citizen enjoys the right to vote in America, and, unlike a lawful permanent resident, a U.S. citizen cannot face removal from the United States and is not required to live in the United States. We represent people in all areas of citizenship, including applications for naturalization and applications for derivative or acquired citizenship.
In today's immigration climate of heightened enforcement and security, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) frequently initiates removal proceedings against many foreign nationals for numerous reasons ranging from technical violations of the immigration laws, such as illegal entries and visa overstays, to more serious grounds such as immigration fraud, alien smuggling, and criminal history grounds.

Unfortunately my parents have gone through so many lawyers and when we thought there was hope with this “good” lawyer to our surprise he did nothing but take my parents money! Sad how now a days even when ur paying for service theres no honesty! Not recommended at all!

Alan diamnate is a fantastic attorney he has a great sense of humour and uses this to put you at ease when you are talking to him about about serious and sometimes daunting matters. He gave me fantastic advice throughout and before my case and was a calming influence for me and my wife before our interview.

This firm is defines the term unprofessional. They desperately lack common sense and manners. They are not in the business of helping people and making the American dream come true they are an example of why others hate America. Do your due diligence before seeking their guidance. Keep in mind however, they will not respect you or your time. With that said all this is anecdotal evidence and is not being stated with malace. I'm sure they're good people but it's unfortunate how they choose to go about their business.

So disappointed after waiting for finger prints since June I get a call just today to retake and make sure I take another 18 dollar money order
First of All after not knowing the. Status. That immigrants might have within a few months. I really. Don't have the time. To continue waiting I will seek services. With a different lawyer office. Wish I would have done that from the beginning reason why I doubt. Fingerprints were ever send was I never received any mail. From. Anyone ant it's middle. Of sept if any issues why did they take this long just feel he's to overwhelmed

I made an appointment to see Mr. Alan Diamante a month in advance. I was told that because he's so "popular and great" there was no earlier time available. During that months I confirmed my appointment at least 3 times. So here I am coming into the office on my date and time, after pushing all of my things aside, having to drive to his office 50 minutes and paying for an expensive parking garage. As I walked in the office I was told that I have to wait to be seen. I asked how long do I have to wait and was told "well all the people that are here in a waiting room came here before

Alan is an excellent attorney and I Highly recommend him for anyone having immigration issues. He is professional, honest and to the point. During the consultation he tells you whether or not your case is good. He doesn't just take all your money if he doesn't think he will be successful. I'd like to know how this guy has the nerve to tell American Citizens in a townhall that if they don't like illegal immigration they should leave. What kind of backwards country do we live in when American citizens are shunned, and illegals rewarded? Oh yeah, immigration lawyers don't make money off of citizens. They are simply advocating for a larger customer base.
