If I could give this firm a 100 star I would I would I had the honor of being assigned to the brilliant Robert Riley. Not only was he there every step of the way not only did his team assure me that things would be good they gave me confidence they made me feel safe. I hired them about 3 months ago for a case I had gotten, before I got them the lawyer Sean Perez promised me alot of things he could not keep . I put a 3k dollar down payment and he said communication is key but he never would return my calls or texts not once !! I would call the law firm and they would tell me he's busy at courts and they'll have him call me as soon as possible but never called or texted me back . The day of my hearing, The person that helped me was being a show off and I was embarrassed. He was trying to speak to the people I was going against and made a rude comment directly to them that I thought would affect me during my hearing. Isn't that why I hide them? I can't even begin to describe how grateful I am with how The Rodriguez Law Group handled our case. My girlfriend was involved in a domestic violence incident, where she was arrested with a felony. There was even video of what happened, which the police had access to. This was an extremely difficult case to work on. Sean Perez was our attorney and with his team, was able to get the case to a city attorney hearing. Therefore, the case was at worst going to be a misdemeanor.

I went to speak to Mr Rodriguez and while all the other lawyers I spoke to previously felt my fear and anxiety and tried to use that as a means for me to retain their services, Mr Rodriguez was the only one that told me to relax and not to worry after hearing about my situation. 3 years ago an attorney, who is no longer with the group, reached out to me regarding my case and offered his help. He made every step of the way so easy. Fast forward to now things have not been so great. I called to check status on my case a few months back and was told the attorney representing me was no longer with the firm. I thought it was a bit strange that no one told me that the original attorney had left the firm and that my case had been passed to someone new. My last court date was scheduled for December 11 2018. I called after the holidays to get an update

If you want to wait a week and get no response back, this is your law firm. Went to DTLA and discussed my case for about and hour. Was told I'd hear word back after the break, nothing. Sent an email asking for status, nothing. Called the secretary and spoke to her. She acknowledged the my email was received and said I'd get a call EOB, nothing. Sent another email, nothing.

I did my homework on the Internet before contacting Mr. Rodriguez. I also had a few consultations prior to meeting him. Right away, I knew he would be my lawyer! He actually read my whole copy of police report and was concerned about my case, unlike the other lawyers who just hit me with a price.
