Back in November I was dining out with my family and unfortunately I slipped due to the humid floor. No sign was put up by anyone and before I could even react I was on the floor. The manager was literally trying to get me to sign something while I was on the floor, luckily my family got him to back off.
I saw West… Coast Law Group through a FB ad and I contacted them right away! Throughout all these months Mark worked alongside me. He made sure I saw all the doctors I needed to see and he made sure all my bills were covered as well. Mark has gone above and beyond

However when I called to make an appointment I wasn't even told who I would be meeting with. So when I asked - the receptionist said..."You'll be meeting with Tony." I had a surprise attack from Los Angeles County and was given less than 24 hours to find counsel, prepare, and show up in court to deal with a truly heinous situation. Very unhappy with the results. Felt like I got the ultimate slap in the face. Hired a lawyer, gave my money which they ONLY CARE ABOUT. They kept switching lawyers on me, had to explain myself a lot. Court day, my lawyer emails me as I was sitting in front of the mediation room, to say she wasn't gonna make it! I was beyond pissed. I got an impatient lawyer named Thomas which tried to settle the issues outside the court room. I would have been better off speaking to the Judge myself.

Definitely not a good place to go for consultation. The initial cost is $80 and all I got for $80 was an attorney for an hour that did not answer not even one of my questions, "I do not understand your question" she would say. Same reason why she never gave me an answer to my question. That is all you will get, I would rephrase the question and she would not understand it. After a little bit of time I got it. This is the strategy they use to get you in, they say they charge $80 dl you bite the carnage but you get nothing for your $80. They will never answer your question by saying they

They tried double charging me, they were very unprofessional, over the phone they said they could handle papers, when I met in person Mark didn't know the answers to a very simple divorce paperwork. Don't bother waste of time. Laura the receptionist could learn a few things about customer service, for one you should know the hours of the business you work at, two don't lie to the customer. I hope this reviews serves you well.
