Came in asking for info. Blonde lady immediate said we don't have any openings, then proceeded to give me a brochure. I asked a few questions, but she never made any attempt to give anything more that quips. Of course, after she reminded me that there no openings a few more times, I turned around and left as I caught her looking at her watch. The whole interaction lasted two minutes or so. Good job at welcoming potential new renters! /sarcasm

Asked about an apartment and was told by Sherry that I had to fill out an online application and deposit. I was then told that a garage was not available. When I expressed that was a deal breaker they all the sudden found a unit with a garage. Within 7 days my job had decided not to relocate me. I called and explained the situation. I was told that I couldn't get a deposit back. It was Non refundable. Hogwash. The staff was super friendly until my circumstances changed then they were snakes. I would rather deal with a used car salesman on Amarillo Blvd than to ever speak or work with Christopher

We have been fortunate to call Salt Fork home for over two years. It is a GREAT community. Of course the apartment homes are beautiful but more importantly the management is tremendous and responsive! Maintenance ALWAYS quickly responds to our work order requests. The grounds are expertly maintained. You won't be disappointed in this upscale property/community!

Salt Fork is a very beautiful complex, it has a wonderful staff that welcome you with open arms. The GM, Lucell has worked very hard to make SF as enjoyable and smooth running as possible. His assistant manager was also very helpful when I asked both of them questions that I had in regards to the amenities, rent, and hours of the office. Also, y’all go enjoy that beautiful pool this summer! I look forward to making Salt Fork my new home.

Salt Fork Apartments have been an amazing place to call home. Lucell, the entire leasing team and maintenance have been professional, and always make sure the needs of their residents are met. For the past two years, Salt Fork has been a friendly and safe environment to live in. Any issues (which were very minimal) were always fixed in a timely manner. I would recommend anyone to come and live at Salt Fork!

I lived here for over a year and I loved it. The management team is extremely nice and professional. The facility is very new and the maintenance people work very hard to keep it looking updated. They have a nice pool and sand volleyball court and Bar 3 is right across the street so you if you like to golf that's a huge plus. Great people, great place!
