The Pharm House is full-service pharmacy, offering prescriptions, free health information & advice. Some patients require custom dosages or a formulation tailored to their own preferences. Patient preferences may require medications without dyes, preservatives, or other substances commonly found in commercially produced medications. The Pharm House can also customize your pet's medications with flavors that make them easier to administer.
Services
Portia Thompson was born and raised in Floyd County and graduated from the local high school. She is excited about opening up a pharmacy in her home community. For the past two years, she has been managing pharmacies in Texas. She started working at Floyd Pharmacy when she was young and then went on to work at Valley Apothecary Pharmacy in Salem, VA where her true passion for pharmacy began.

Stopped here to eat breakfast. Was greeted by a very knowledgeable young lady employee from the Pharmacy.
She was very helpful with request for information about breakfast. She provided me with a menu to order from.
I called in my order and within 10 minutes, I had a delicious meal. Sausage gravy biscuit, eggs, bacon, fried potatoes.
Food was delicious, hot and well flavored. Great place to eat. Will stop in again.

Stopped in this morning while on a road trip looking for something from a bad burn from the grill last night. Everyone was very friendly (smiling faces everywhere) and the pharmacist came out to show me what I needed and how to take care of my burn. Since we were traveling, she even gave me two bandages to hold me over until we got home! Fabulous place and even better customer service!

The pharmacist and staff went above and beyond out of their way to help me. I had to travel for a new job, I was new in town and the pharmacist went out of her way to make sure I got my script before my flight. The staff was all smiles and very kind to me even though I was rushed and a bit disorganized. I can’t speak highly enough of the consideration and great attitude of this staff. They deserve 6stars.

Not just for your medical needs. My brother and I were looking for a place to do some studying. The Pharmacy House has a cozy ambience, booths with plugs for devices, and rich coffee. We also enjoyed the brisket tacos and highly recommend them. The service was fast and friendly, and we will be back! Reasonably priced.
