Services
We opened in April of 2016 with the goal of providing better healthcare at lower prices. We do this by getting to know our patients, using an efficient and reactive system, giving back to our community, and staying ahead of the curve. The work flow system I have developed uses predictive refilling that takes the burden off of patients, decreases wait time, and increases adherence to medication therapy.

Caring and friendly customer service from staff! The Blacksburg/Virginia Tech community is lucky to have the business on Main Street in Downtown just steps away from campus. Also, the pharmacy supports many VT sports and other VT organizations. I highly recommend this pharmacy to all VT students, NRV residents, and visitors.

After growing tired of the lines in chain pharmacies, or waiting for a call to pick up my medicines, I decided to give the local guys a shot here at Main Street Pharmacy. They have been awesome! Jeremy the pharmacist is a local & provides excellent service! Highly recommend giving them a try & supporting this small local business!

10/10 would highly recommend. Jeremy was very friendly. I wasn’t feeling great that day and his humor cheered me up. You get that great family atmosphere, unlike a big box pharmacy. You feel welcomed and they really do try give you advice and get you headed in the right direction. It was nice to get consultation and advice without even having to call someone. This is the place to go. Stop in and leave in a better situation than you were in when you walked out.

The entire staff at Main Street pharmacy is so personable!! I originally went there because I didn't want to pay a fee every time I picked up my prescriptions at schiffert and I'm so pleased with this pharmacy. They know my face and when I walk in they always greet me with a smile and warm conversation. Their customer service is phenomenal and they always do their best to fit my needs!! They're conveniently located right off campus (literally one of the first businesses you see once you hit Main Street) so the walk is about the same as if I walked across campus to schiffert. I don

I've never been so smitten with a pharmacy! I started going there because my cat's medicine gets compounded, and Jeremy researched the best flavors for it. Then I needed something compounded for myself. He researched what ingredients he'd have to order and spent time looking up the best other components to use. The whole time, he stayed in touch with price quotes and updated day it would be ready. Also, the shop is cute and the counter staff (if you need to buy OTC meds or soda or whatever) is super nice. I'm so glad this pharmacy is here.

The best pharmacy in town! Jeremy and his staff go above and beyond to provide you with professional service! This location has a wide array of healthcare products, snacks, drinks, home supplies, etc. The building is gorgeous and has some local flair as well! If you're a student in the area, I'd make this my preferred location. Way better service and atmosphere than any other pharmacy in town! Thanks y'all!
