My father had an absolutely horrible experience. Went in for help and the front desk staff was so rude and horrible to him that he wasn't even able to receive medical attention. He has insurance, and his insurance company said that this business takes his insurance. However, for some reason the front desk staff decided they didn't like him. They made him sit and wait for so long that he had to leave to find some places else to receive medical attention. Before he left they had even started helping other people that came in after him. It is absolutely disgusting to me that this front desk staff
