"Excellent care and outcomes" do not adquately describe my experiences with the Institute, and Dr. Tait. Dr. Tait is one of the finest Orthopedic physicians that I know and trust. Over the past 8+ years, he has replaced both of my shoulders (reverse shoulder procedure) along with a total knee replacement. To emphasize my endorsements of the Orthopedic Institute and Dr. Tait requires me to briefly mention my experiences as a medical imaging representative in CA. In that capacity, I've seen, and been in surgery with every key CA Orthopedic physician for over 25 years. Dr. Tait ranks in the top 1

Greatly appreciated Dr. Wallis and encouragement toward conservative treatment over surgery.
I had three fractures in my upper right arm socket and a fractured left wrist.
In six weeks with care and rest I’m able to start therapy/ have regained limited range of motion/ and and can now drive. I anticipate full recovery and use of my arm at the completion of PT.
All without the added risk and recovery of surgery at 65.

Had a consultation with Dr. Tait re my knee. The joint was bone on bone with a bone spur and way out of alignment. We tried the cortisone shot and Celebrex but it didn’t give me relief. I decided on total knee replacement after thoroughly discussing options with Dr Tait. He treats the patient, not the X-rays. He was great listening to my concerns and walked me through the process and explained what to expect. He is an awesome surgeon! His staff is excellent and went over a lot of information re the surgery, what to do beforehand, nutrition that aids in recovery as well as exercises to start beforehand

I was so impressed with Dr. Hoer and his entire staff. He is such and good listener and was able to explain my condition to me in terms I could understand. He took the time to even show me models until he knew I understood. I so appreciated that he didn't seem in hurry and even asked me about my family and talked me through my anxiety. I really can't thank them enough. How lucky we are to have an amazing doctor like him in our community!

Dr. Hoer is the best orthopedic surgeon in Nv. He and his staff are very kind and caring about your injury. Everyone works as a team and so knowledgeable!! All efforts of treatment are exhausted prior to surgical intervention. I felt heard about all my concerns and learned so much about my condition, which I was unfamiliar with prior to the diagnosis. The schedulers do everything they can to accommodate your schedule. Dr. Hoer has been my surgeon for 27 years and the energy in this office has been positive, and consistent from my first day. They really care about helping people get better! I can’t

LAURIE is a HOT MESS attempting to act as a professional front desk receptionist. Put me on hold 4 times when I called to schedule an appointment as a new patient, referred by my PCP. The degree of difficulty in trying to obtain an appointment was RIDICULOUS...and she never actually would book an appointment!!! I cannot speak negatively in regard to the Orthopedic Team, since I never got that far. My PCP's office called on my behalf...had the same issue, didn't get anywhere, just placed on HOLD. Not going to deal with this place bc the front office is SO UNPROFESSIONAL, and they are

First is all making an appointment was very difficult...had to go through 3 different people and wait to be called back. The receptionist must have been new because did not have a clue about the payment process. The Dr. barely examined my arm plus he gave me a cortisone shot not even close to the area that was hurting. Still have lots of pain. The ibuprofen RX I could have gotten over the counter. Find another doctor that WILL take the time to examined you.

Forget about trying to schedule an appointment. If I could give 0 stars I would. You will be asked a series of questions then told that Sandy will call you back to schedule an appointment never knowing when the call back will be. If you miss the call back and call Sandy at ext. 213 you get voice mail. I ran out of patience and told the receptionist I was going to file a complaint. Sandy then calls me right back and asked me which doctor I want to schedule an appointment with. I told her first available. She puts me on hold and I am redirected back to the receptionist to tell me Sandy is busy and

My family had a horrible experience with Dr Jeff Grondel at the Orthopedic Institute of Henderson. He was working the floor at St Rose Hospital in late August, 2017 on a Sunday when my mother was brought into the ER during the early AM hours with a broken hip. She was currently on home hospice, had end stage kidney disease, was not able to walk and was on pain meds already. He never contacted the hospice group, nor any family member other than my elderly father (who doesn't understand that much these days) nor the hospitalist representing the insurance company/health provider. Dr. Hoer and his team are just on a different level. After breaking my ankle the owner of my company was insistent I see Dr. Hoer and now after receiving treatment from him absolutely understand why. From start to finish I received a level of attention and treatment that exceeded my expectations on every level. It was evident my ankle healing properly was as important to Dr. Hoer as it was to me and as a result I could not have more confidence in my recovery, gratitude to he and his team and offer a higher endorsement to someone seeking the best there is. I highly recommend Dr. Hoer and his team

My fiancé broke his ankle this past weekend. We went to a Dignity Health ER to seek treatment, then were referred here for an orthopedic surgeon to treat him within 1-3 days of Sunday.
Whoever answers the phone here has absolutely no clue how to be a professional. She had no clue what Dignity Health was the first time we called and needed to call us back to schedule an appt.... 3 hours later when we heard back told us he needed an authorization and they wouldn't be able to fit him in for three weeks. Extremely rude and wouldn't explain anything, needless to say we will be going somewhere

Beautiful and clean office space, the front desk staff is absolutely terrible. The girl I dealt with was young, uneducated and seemed like it was her first day. There was a mix up where they scheduled my appointment by mistake for 2017 instead of 2016 and the girl laughed as if it were funny. How rude and inconsiderate. It is a shame that is the face of the practice. Did not reschedule.

I have been working with Dr. Flint and his group for a little over a month now about my broken ankle. Like any medical problems, it's been frustrating, semi-expensive, and a huge bother. But the crew here, amazing. Always kind, they remember me, they ask about me with genuine care and interest. Of course, I'm also healing nicely because I'm in great care. The doctor took a moment to get to know me because he understands not everyone heals the same way or reacts the same way so I truly love the fact that he got to know who I was as a patient and responded based off of me and my lifestyle

The staff are dependable, caring and knowledgeable. My physician, Dr Woodworth, and his staff are incredible. My surgery had to go through several appeals and they went above and beyond to assist me in the process. My visits generally have a short wait. Once it came to my surgery, Dr Woodworth was once again professional, knowledgeable and I had complete faith in his ability. I highly recommend this orthopedic surgeon.

I sprained my ankle almost 2 months ago...it was a pretty good one. Have been visiting Dr. Grondel every 2 weeks since. I am so glad this was the Orthopedist my primary doctor referred me to. He is amazing. He doesn't make you feel like an idiot and answers your questions. This office is BUSY! I usually get in before my appointment time. Only once did I have to wait awhile, and that was because Dr. Grondel was consulting on several cases. I like that. It means MY doctor is THE man!
I also need to give a shout out to the wonderful staff and assistants. The receptionist lady is a peach

Great experience and would recommend to anyone in need of their services.
When making the appointment for my husband I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful everyone was and how hard they were trying to get him in as soon as possible.
The technicians and Dr. Woodworth were very professional, informative and pleasant.
They provide X-rays inside the office which is very convenient.
