I really liked the ease of the online system. I got a complete view of services, scheduled my time, completed all registration forms, paid and received my final report on line. John was on time and very thorough in his inspection. I highly recommend Axiom.

I was most impressed with the efficiency while working with John and Axiom. I called and was able to schedule immediately for an open slot a couple of days later. The documents and payment was effortlessly completed online. When John arrived he was careful, thorough, and yet still quick. We've been in the house 9 months already and are preparing for the builder's warranty to expire, but John found multiple things we had missed. The final report was completed within moments after the review of his findings. I do not have any suggestions for how to improve upon this service, we were completely pleased

Axiom got me scheduled very quickly for the inspection. The inspector was on time and able to provide me the report readout immediately after the inspection. It was very detailed and tremendously helpful in the home buying process. The report was provided to me in a PDF format that was emailed to me and provided on a thumb drive. He even included a few drone pics of the whole property that we are able to keep. Great service!
