Services
Growing up in beautiful Southern California, I attended boarding school where I participated and excelled in multiple athletic events that included equestrian sports, cross county running, and competitive swimming. I have more than seven years' experience in weight lifting and strength training protocols, and I'm also certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
This program is best suited for those who already have some personal training experience with strength and weightlifting exercises, who are ready to challenge themselves further to grow muscle, gain size and build their body. It is extremely challenging with all training sessions being designed to overload the muscle group being worked.
Prior to working with a new client, I always have an initial meeting so we can get to know one another. You can ask any questions you might have in regards to working with me, and we will discuss your goals, training history, injuries etc. Next I will put you through a short fitness assessment that allows me to gauge our starting point.
