Here at Fit By Design, we have a dedicated team of personal trainers that can help anyone reach their personal fitness goals. Whether you are looking to gain muscle, lose weight, or increase posture and movement, our Fit 3D Body Scan assessment is a beneficial part of your journey. The scan will accurately tell you how your body is changing with your new fitness regime and will track your progress for you.

I’m in 8th grade i worked with Angela Church. i learned how to lift properly, it was a great work out, she made it fun and not like a chore because she’s very friendly and nice to talk to. i felt sore the next day. i really enjoyed working with her and would recommend her to anyone because she’s easy to get comfortable to and easy to talk to.

I've trained with Angela for over 4 years. She has adjusted and worked with me through injuries, recovery periods and in advance of my son's wedding. She changes up my workouts and hears me if I am making some other change in my nutrition or exercise routines. Angela is patient, adaptive, kind, and yet steadfast and gets results! After a serious knee surgery and back surgery she took me from not being able to walk up and down stairs normally (step by step) and not able to literally pick up my knees to jog... to fully walking up/down stairs normally, able to jog again, and have strength... toned... and has helped me lose over 30 pounds! THANK YOU ANGELA you are an angel and a GREAT trainer!

Angie is the best! She listens to what you want to accomplish and sets out a plan for you. She takes her time to teach you the right techniques yet pushes you to better yourself.She encourages you and is your biggest cheerleader on your fitness journey, I have loved all my training sessions with her and have learned so much and felt so much better about my ability to work out. I love the facility as well. All the trainers are professional and the facility is clean and comfortable. I highly recommend both Angie as a trainer and Fit by Design.

Angela Church is my trainer and she is great.Angela changes up the training time so it is never boring. She has trained my daughter and I. My daughter is an Iron Man so very fit and athletic. I am 65 and have had MS for 34 years. She has helped with my balance and weight loss. I have lost 40 lbs in a year. They have boxing at Yes Fit and that is my favorite. I plan on continuing and staying fit. You would love working with Angela!!!

Kris Esparza and the rest of the team at Fit by Design are all highly knowledgeable and all around awesome people who will definitely help you reach your goals! I trained with Kris for about 2 months before moving to New York and lost 10lbs of fat and gained a few pounds of muscle during that very short timeframe! For reference, I started out at 170lbs, I am a 36 year old woman and I was working out with Kris 3 times a week. Incredible incredible results!
