FIT Appeal was created by Tanya Peale, who is no stranger to movement. She has been moving since she was 4 years old. Classically trained in ballet, tap and jazz. Gymnastics 1 1/2 years. Blue belt in Northern Shaolin Kung Fu. 12 years of fitness competitions; state and national level, in the NPC. Ran half marathons, 5k's, 10k's.

Tanya is amazing! I first met her 5 yrs ago, and she gave me the knowledge and skills to meet my first goal ( lose enough weight to have healthy pregnancies ). After taking a break to raise 2 back to back newborns shes the first trainer I called and Im thrilled to say she is still the best. This time my teen is working out with me, and watching how Tanya flawlessly crafts a simultaneous workout for the both of us is outstanding.

I would strongly recommend Tanya as a personal Trainer. Started with her form 2018 Jan and still going. Tried many other trainers before starting with her. Tanya is awesome! She explains everything clearly, she communicates good, she analysis our body type and give us exercises accordingly.

Not very impressed as I had high hopes for working with Tanya. She seems knowledgable about fitness and nutrition but her delivery is horrible and tacky. She suggested I use whey or soy protein but that's not part of my goals, that's not what I want. If I wanted whey protein I would use whey or soy. Your goals, is her goals. Be prepared to just shut up and listen and just nod yes. Since that's not the person I am, and I choose to be very involved in my fitness and nutrition, good and bad, I had to pass on her. Which is sad because I do think she is very knowledgable but couldn't take her unprofessionalism

I have been training with Tanya Peal since 2013. I found her when I decided to embark upon Bodybuilding. She is a yoga instructor at the studio I go to (Gaia Flow) and found that she has her own private studio for weight lifting. Few things that have kept me going to her. She is dedicated to results. She will work you HARD. This is not a session to slack off and just talk. You WILL be picking HEAVY stuff up and putting it down. Tanya is amazing with all levels of fitness. She has an amazing balance of being able to push you to get the most out of your training without screaming at you or feeling like you accidentally signed up for iron man.
My sessions are something I look forward to every week. Tanya not only shows an interest in my fitness goals she advises me on new goals based on the potential and growth she sees in me. As a result, I have experienced the unintended consequence of having more confidence in myself.

I started working with Tanya at Fit Appeal Training Studio the second week of January. While I haven't lost a lot as far as the scale goes, I've lost a lot of inches and dropped two shirt sizes and one pant size. I'm doing an extreme weight loss regimen the right way. I'm looking to lose over 100 pounds over the next year, and Tanya is the trainer I've selected to help me.

UPDATE: Still going strong. I've learned to not pay too much attention to the scale so it doesn't discourage me. When Tanya told me that muscle weighs much more than fat she wasn't kidding! Since January I have only lost a total of 13 pounds. Discouraging, right? But I've gone from a size 24 to a size 18. Yeah. That freaking incredible! If you are overweight please get in contact with Tanya at Fit Appeal Training Studio! Especially if you are morbidly obese. Her low impact cardio strength training approach will truly help save your life! I'll be back in December

I relocated from Los Angeles for work 4.5 yr ago. During the time I was relocating I gained over 50 pd. My heaviest was 253. I started working out on my own and lost 16 pd but wasn't getting the results I wanted. I went on Craigslist November 2010 to look for a personal trainer. I found 2 men and Tanya. I have always worked out with men and its been my experience that men don't really understand the dynamics of a woman's body and as you get older how it functions. Tanya and I are around the same age and she has always competed. She understood my challenges and tailored my workout
