We asked ourselves what is vitally important to our clients, and we arrived at a method that is efficient and effective. Our fitness training services are designed to help you lose weight, burn off unwanted body fat, gain strength, build lean muscle and get you in the best shape of your life.

Each training session is led by an experienced certified fitness expert and is designed to be fun, positive and encouraging, while achieving the goals you want.At Scott Wissel Personal Training, our approach is what makes us the best Fitness Studio in the Flower Mound area, and we have proudly continued that philosophy since 2010.
Services
The private training option is great for the new mom wanting to get back in shape, the weekend warrior with a new goal, or the retired jock coming back to the gym after a decade, it just offers a bit more exclusivity. The Semi Private option gives our clients the opportunity to work out in groups of 3-4 which builds camaraderie, accountability but most importantly it is a lot more fun working out together!
We believe that everyone deserves to have access to the same personal attention and expert advice no matter what age, skill set level or fitness ability. That's why we offer a variety of fitness programs, both private, semi private and sport specific training styles to suit the needs of every client.

My husband and I have been coming here since January 2021 and prior to that neither of us had been continuously committed to working out. Scott does an awesome job of having a very inviting personality and an encouraging tact for getting you started and committed. We love having Clif as our trainer, he continues to push us to the next level and keeps us motivated with changing workouts everyday! I just wanted to take a moment and leave a review for Scott Wissel and his team. I’m a CPR instructor and I had the pleasure of working with them to acquire their CPR/AED certifications. As an instructor you always hope that the information you provide can help save a life. I was very impressed as Scott and his team went above and beyond in their dedication to learning these lifesaving skills. They wanted to practice several different scenarios so they would be prepared to react if need be. I was also surprised to the fact that they have an AED on site as this is not a requirement.
