Wonderful World Of Children

My last review was 4 years ago and since having more children attend, I thought I’d update. (We’ve had 6 children now at WWC through the years) The staff is excellent and truly has our children’s best interests in mind while teaching them and helping them flourish. They recognize that every child learns differently and truly go beyond expected in achieving that. The school itself is beautifully updated and offers so much to all ages of children there. Absolutely LOVE the new director and her staff, passionate & very accommodating. Clearly a lot of thoughts went into learning and creative play, truly a wonderful school for kids.

A hidden treasure.
When it comes to pre-school, it's important to find trust & great environment. My wife & I are glad we found WWC Preschool Center.
Recently under new director and management, Katie and her team have made this place truly wonderful.

WWC is a very special place, it is more than a preschool.
WWC is owner operated and has always been owner operated.
They partner with parents to give the very best care to your child, and cares for them deeply.
They are remarkable with their curriculum, our daughter left there and went to a private school for Kindergarten. The K teachers remarked that our daughter was very well prepared to enter K - this was a credit to what WWC had taught her. I just cannot say enough good things about this school. It is not a big box preschool, it is small. They may not have the facilities that a big school

This is the most amazing preschool with wonderful caring teachers. My two children have attended this school for two years and I have no complaints. They have taught them so much, loved them like their own and would highly recommend this school to all! They are kind, compassionate and smart and they have passed this on to my children. The kids love it there and look forward to going every day. We will miss it dearly as they graduate and continue on kindergarten.

My kids have been going to this preschool for 2.5 years now , and they still love it! They actually feel sad that this is their last year . Since the first day , we felt very welcomed, and very cared for. Nancy, Dawna , and the rest of the teachers are very nurturing and very fun to be with. My kids learned a lot at this preschool.We, as parents, had a lot of guidance also on things that we had questions about. It was a perfect choice for us, and I feel that it would be a great choice for other families!

Our family loves this pre-school! Nancy and her staff have gone above and beyond to make our child feel welcome and happy throughout this school year. Our child dealt with separation anxiety and the teachers at this school went to the edge of the moon and back to make her transition smoother and happier. They even texted me on my cell phone once she was settled into her morning routine. I have had open communication with these teachers each and every day (via texts, personal communication and written communication). I am a teacher and I am extremely picky about where I send my children to school

We absolutely LOVE the Wonderful World of Children. They are exactly that, A Wonderful World, filled with children that are loved and cared for every minute of the day. My daughter loves going to WWC and looks forward to it each and every day. This is her second year in this amazing program. She is a September birthday so I will be sending her there next year for her third year. Every day she is excited to see her teachers and friends. She comes home talking about what happened and what she learned at school that day. It is amazing to hear your four year old tell you that she learned sign language

I can't say enough good thing about wonderful world of children and it's staff/ I have known the director since 2001 and have sent both my kids through wonderful world of children( we live in NH and I drive to Shirley because that is how much I love the school)- in my opinion no school can compare.

I would NOT recommend this place to any parent. The daycare was a total disappointment. My child was demoralized and physical abused by one of the teachers, and when I brought the incidences to the owner of the school, Ms. Nancy Davenport, she handled it in a very disappointing way. I since than have removed my child from the school and as a mother, I regret not following my instincts and removing my child from the daycare after the first incident. I hope other parents will think twice about before placing their children in such an environment.
