Until recently, I really wanted to give Brooks a 5 star rating, and (this is the good), they are extremely nice apartments, the staff is extremely professional and quick to respond to any issues. Minor gripes: No car ports, and if you want internet, you are forced to use AT&T, they will not allow other providers. Now to the major issues: When I first moved in, I kept thinking "Man, these apartments are super quiet, to boot!"..this was until a month later when a new tenant moved in above me. YOu can hear EVERY footstep from this person amplified as well as every cupboard being opened and close.

I recently moved into Brooks Estates after looking at several other alternative options. I chose Brooks because of the friendly staff, the clean facilities and the safety of the facility. On my first tour of Brooks Estates, I had a very specific room that I was looking for (a 1 BR, 1 Bath with a balcony). Salina and Julie did everything they could do to accommodate me and they were able to get me into the perfect apartment. I needed to move into the apartment within two weeks and they made it happen. Anytime that I had a question they were always there to answer it. Since I've been living here

Thank you to the Brooks Estates, a place I called home for 2 years. I loved the location, the amenities, modern apartments and especially the staff.

My wife and I moved here across the country last year and were anxious about moving into another apartment. For the prices we were used to before, this place really is a luxury apartment deal at a not unreasonable rate. We've been given prompt and attentive service since move-in day. Overall, we've been very happy and plan to stay here until we buy our first house. Staff is quick to respond to maintenance requests. During the summer, lawns were cut every week and during the winter the sidewalks have been shoveled and salted immediately, often several times a day. The commons areas inside are vacuumed

The staff and apartment complex, including grounds, are terrific. The staff made the paperwork process easy and pain free. They expedited coordinating and installing all the furnishings we needed; every detail thought through. Words cannot express our sincere gratitude for their help. The apartment is well laid out and in top condition and very clean. We really feel at home here and could not ask for better transition housing while we wait through the home purchase process. I appreciated the help I received form Julie at the beginning (information given by her though are not consistent form day to anther). I enjoyed interacting with Celina. Apartments are nicely designed and well kept. High ceiling. Great and responsive maintenance.
Drawback, unfortunately the owning management built their business model on gouging and nickle and dime tenants or new tenants. Some of the reasons for additional charges are just outrageous ... and unmatched. If they can charge you for anything else and extra, they will. Expect that as a tenant there. I am truly astonished by their practice

We love our apartment! There were a couple things that needed to be completed when we moved in, but the office was able to fix the issues the day we moved in. They are very prompt when it comes to maintenance issues, and they are always so friendly when you see them. We love where we moved to and can see our selves living here for a while!
