Staff are nice. Could use more parking spaces. I love that I have a 4 bedroom but sometimes I wish the basement had an egress window to make it a possible 5 bedroom. Love that there's a washer and dryer accessibility in the basement but wish they weren't on the opposite sides of the basement from each other. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

We lived there for a year, great place to live until we went to move out. We bought a house and gave them notice on May 22nd and said we would be out by our lease date of July 1st. We then got a bill in the mail stating that we OWE OVER $500 for not giving them a 60 day notice (got invoice of NO DAMAGES). Due to the house market we didn't want to give them anymore because if the house fell through we would be homeless. Also, because we were out BEFORE the lease date and gave them 42 day written notice we didn't think we had to worry. We now owe over $300 because they are keeping our deposit. So

This review is mostly a reflection on the staff. I was there recently with my boyfriend to look at one of their townhouses. When we walked into the clubhouse, we weren't immediately acknowledged or told it would be a minute (we were clearly waiting to talk with someone) which I thought was odd considering we are potential 'customers' and I figured you'd want to make a good first impression. About a minute or so later, one of the staff came out (I wish I got her name) and sat us down to go over some of the details and qualifications. It seemed as though she was talking down to us, like, "do you
