Our maintenance staff completely redecorates each apartment when someone moves out. This includes repairs, spackle and paint, update of any item in the apartment as needed, a complete deep clean of everything in the apartment, and professional steam cleaning of the carpet if it is not being replaced.

So the people are friendly the buildings are nice the apartments are awkward but manageable but maintainable is a joke. We have had 3 maintenance issues that have yet to be resolved and one of them they started on but never completed... I'm assuming they have a priority list but they should probably hire a couple more people at least to catch up on the problems if they are running behind...

Overdue staff review! I’ve lived here for just over 2 years now and every time I stop in to speak with them I’m greeted by a genuine uplifting atmosphere created by the ladies in the office. I feel valued and heard by by Krista and company, and usually leave the office smiling. Good people doing good work should be recognized, and I hope this review does a little bit of that for them.

The staff is kind however they are limited to their corporate responses, which are zero percent helpful and unreasonable for anyone going through a situation that doesn’t fit within their guidelines. This may have been a good community before Edward Rose & Sons took over management, however that is no longer the case. I’m sure they will comment on this, however I’ve already spoke to the office staff numerous times to no avail. PLEASE do not choose this community for your home. I’ve lived numerous places before and never had office staff so limited in their ability to help the average person

In my honest opinion this place has been absolutely terrible, they will gouge you for any kind of fee's that they can make up especially in tough financial times like it has been this year. In addition to that they have entered our apartment with no 24 hour notice and began to take pictures which violates their own lease and when you confront them about it all they will say is sorry. Cant wait to be out
