Avoid using this company. I placed an order with Liberty for my outdoor wedding. I ordered 2 tents, a tent heater, 4 tent side walls, and a dance floor.
On the day of the event, Liberty delivered and set-up the tents and dance floor but did not provide the heater and side walls. It was not until I arrived at the venue, 2 hours before the wedding ceremony, that I saw the items were missing. They did not notify me that those items would not be arriving. They were nearly impossible to get in contact with on the day of and prior to the event. The owner, Chris, offered no solution or explanation. I

Wanted to reach out and share unprompted positive feedback for Liberty Event Rentals, as I just came across their yelp page and these reviews. Due to my line of work, I am often far too hesitant to leave reviews on services but I hope to save some people a significant amount of aggravation. This organization deserves every one-star review they've received; I'm sure you can trace every five-star review back to someone in the bloodline.
This isn't a professional rental company, it's (at best) an individual with a bunch of stuff they *sometimes* loan out. I say "sometimes" because I'd imagine 60%+ of their inquiries go unfulfilled as I (and a few others) had to *literally* beg them for a quote. And then

Customer service is EVERYTHING and it begins from the moment you contact a business until your service has ended. I called Liberty to inquire on tent rentals. Instead of the rep assisting me by phone, he tells me that I have to submit my request online, he is unable to take my request by phone. I found this puzzling but, I did it.
24 hours later, I receive an email that they are fully committed for my event date and unable to accommodate me. My thoughts, you could have easily checked the date by phone and told me that to avoid wasting my time.

I rented a dance floor for my daughter's wedding. The web site was easy enough but it was hard to get somebody knowledgeable on the phone for any question. I paid in full for the rental 3 months in advance of our event. Then, about 4 days before the wedding I received an email about an (incorrect) "open balance". I was frantic with other details for the wedding, and though it was resolved quickly, it was a distraction. The dance floor was delivered on time, and the driver was courteous. I recently submitted an order and no one replied back to my email. The gentleman stated I submitted and incorrect email. I stated I left messages as well with a phone number and no one returned my call. When I finally got someone he stated they did reply and the were booked for that weekend. Yet no return call. So when I asked for the following week he than said they were booked for the month. Yet the forwarded email he sent wasn’t my email address it was another customers it said they were booked for the week not the month. Terrible customer service rude staff. I used Liberty for my birthday party. Rented some basic tables and chairs as well as a few pieces from their lounge furniture collection. I loved their service and especially their prices! Everything was in great condition and my party was awesome! Thank you so much to the entire team from Sarah in the office to Nick and the other delivery guys. A winning team for sure.

Liberty's service was top notch. The tent was amazing. It made our family event possible. There was a glitch in the tent delivery but the guys at Liberty stepped up and got the delivery and installation done in plenty of time for me to do my set up. They also are totally pleasant to deal with and never lose their cool. I will definitely be a return customer.

We used Liberty Event Rentals for a fundraiser, and overall it was a great experience. Their rates were comparable to other companies we looked into, and they sometimes sponsor or offer discounts for nonprofits! They offered great customer service, as I called many times with questions leading up to the event.
On the day of, the rentals (tables and linens) arrived about 30 minutes late, but it was the same day as the PIFA street festival, so they had to maneuver miserable Center City traffic. It would have been helpful if they had called to give us a heads up; instead, we were waiting around

They're pretty decent. I've used them a few times, will continue to use them unless I find somewhere cheaper and nicer chairs.
I get the .99 cent brown folding chairs. Always a few chairs that aren't balanced out of the set I get. I order about 75-100 chairs a time. $50 delivery charge then they tack on a few other random charges that adds another $25 bucks or so.
