Services
All orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit and a signed rental agreement to secure a rental reservation. Tables, chairs, etc are setup at an additional cost. If you are interested in setup and take-down service, please notify us in advance so we can provide an estimate. You're in luck, you're working with professionals.

Dane from Cooper Party Rentals was excellent - worked with me last minute to get the right tents that would work for the bridal shower I was planning. Things were up in the air for a while while location was replanned a few times due to Covid - finally moving the event to the bride’s backyard - in August so tents were crucial to block some heat and sun. Dane worked to find me a solution that worked for our needs and really came through for us. A++ service

It was great working with Dane for tables, chair, and linens for our wedding day. From the beginning, he was very receptive to my ideas and offered different options for pulling them off. He was quick with responses and super easy to work with and communicate with. Unfortunately, due to all that is currently going on, we had to reschedule our wedding and he was very flexible and amenable and was able to work with us on the rescheduling. Overall great vendor and I would highly recommend! We will definitely be using him for tables and chairs for future parties and events!

Will definitely be using Cooper Party Rentals again! Not only do they have more than fair pricing, the owner was super nice and quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns. We rented 4 round tables and 30 white chairs. Everything was dropped off and picked up super conveniently and in a timely manner. We had initially planned to have our event in May for my sister's grad party and had to reschedule due to COVID. Dane was super understanding and flexible around our new proposed dates.
