Horribly rude woman for no reason. This is our home town and will be sure to spread the word to avoid. You don’t treat people that way for asking questions about weekly rates etc.$47 a night plus tax even including good Sam is not the best deal anyway

Stopped by to visit a friend staying in the park while she's traveling. Nice clean park located in secluded area with local wildlife roaming free. Loved seeing the deer with their babies.

Had a really easy time finding my apartment. The communication was great and made me feel very welcome. Especially Evelyn Soto, she did a fantastic job with giving me a tour and follow ups. The pricing is great as well as the amenities that come with it. The location is great also, being from out of town this was very comfortable and a no brainer!

We have already been here almost 2 weeks. We evacuated from our home last week due to wildfire warnings. Patty went above and beyond to get us settled into a monthly space. We love it. Clean. Lots of shade trees, grass, pool, dog area and super friendly people. We will tell our friends who haven't even yet to come here. So quiet....the freeway somehow isn't loud enough to bother us. We are very close to Redding so shopping is,also easy. I love walking around the hillside roads at nite and early morning. Very safe here.

We made a reservation after reviewing their sites and put a deposit on a designated site that was coming available. They changed the site on us to one that didn’t work for us and refused to return our deposit.
Not a good business practice.

This looked like a wonderful park to stay at but when I called to try to get in for a long term spot Bridgette told me they are a two people maximum RV park and we have a 1 y/o so we couldn't stay there. Thought it was odd seeing as other reviews people have their children with them.

Nice park. Love the organized way they put out maps with spaces by size of rv for late entry. No gate to go through to get in. Nice small pool, spa, fenced dog run and extensive dog walking areas. Bathrooms and showers clean. Nice staff.

Park Review- Out of all the local parks I have to say that this Park is the best one in Redding. From the pool, showers, bathrooms and the park itself is very clean and well taken care of. It's a little ways out of town, but because if how nice everything is, you overlook the distance. Price is great compared to other local parks. Laundry machines are in need of an upgrade, but overall this Park has shade, roomy spots ,and is just beautiful! I give it a 10 out of 10!
Management- for the most part very nice, but one woman is a toss up. I don't know if she is bipolar, as it's really 50/50 if to

We just needed a place for the night with full hookups. Very pleasantly surprised... This place is immaculate, very friendly staff, pet friendly and right off of I-5 but wasn't noisy.

Easy check-in and Bridget in the office was very kind. We stayed in full hookup pull-through concrete pad site #66. Leveling on concrete pads is usually an absolute breeze but this one was tilted to the side. Perhaps they did this to prevent water from pooling? Very bad design. We appreciated the 20/30/50 amp plugs on the electrical post as it allowed us to run 2 A/C units simultaneously in 100+ degree heat. Major plus! There was decent tree shade as well. Free wifi was provided for 2 devices and it was blazing fast at our site. The 24 cable channels were also wonderful. The park is located close
