My car was so dirty from the snow. They came and parked right next to it and made it look brand new. Their mobile van is impressively equipped. The team was professional and spent a long time getting every detail. It’s amazing if they can come to a street parked vehicle, make sure you are in a spot with plenty of room for them. I’m a huge fan, thanks guys.

My BMW was in dire need of a detail, I work late so going to a shop to have my car detailed is next to impossible and who wants to take their car for a detail during the crazy weekend rush? Not I! So, I researched and found this mobile detail company and scheduled to have a deluxe wash and shine. I knew my car needed pet hair removal however, at the time you could not select to add that additional service when checking out on their website so, I was under the impression that I would be billed once serviced was rendered. On the contrary, my car was detailed beautifully but the pet hair was not removed

$65 and they left my car dirty. I called in advance to ask about getting the dog hair out of my car and was told it would be $65. I booked at 10a appointment - they showed up at noon. They told me it would be an extra $65 to get the dog hair out ($130 now). We didnt pay the extra $65 and ill just include photos of what my "clean" car looked like after the service. When i called to complain about the service they called and yelled at me that I got what I paid for. Total waste.
