SELLER BEWARE.. As some of the other posts, these folks appear to be intelligent and a cut above the rest. However, they do not communicate.I have never seen anything like it. They have claimed to be sick, which I do not wish on anyone, but at the end of the day how difficult is it to return a call or respond to an email..DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
This is the first review I have ever left. I felt compelled as they took information from me and essentially disappeared. Should not happen to any other hard working business owner.

Honesty, transparency and dependable communication are among the traits I look for in a business partnership; unfortunately, those were not what I experienced at Carwash Advisory. After going through the due diligence and qualifications I was told the seller was unable to meet due to health reasons (understandable). After three months of very little communication I was simply told the property was under contract. The staff at Carwash Advisory clearly have good business acumen and organization based on the documents I reviewed; it is just unfortunate that they do not have the business ethics to

I have been interested in purchasing a car wash but not sure where to begin the process. I recently came across Car Wash Advisory’s web page. I found the site to be extremely user friendly. I was able to connect with Harry who was very helpful. He spent a lot of time going over the industry and options with me. At this point I am very please to have made the connection with him.
