Love this place. We have been to many parks but this place feels home for us. The owner are very sweet and awsome people to. Everything close to town. Park is quiet here and the neighbors don't bother you at all

These owners are the best during the winter storms they have kept us updated on the situation regarding power outages and water shutdowns. They have ordered propane on two occasions and shortly a third and have assisted us unfreeze our awning they got left out in the snow and ice. Both Steve and Kim go above and beyond for their guests. Thank you

This is by far one of the best RV parks we’ve ever stayed. We evacuated for hurricane Laura and we could not have found a better place to stay! Thanks so much to these sweet sweet owners.

This is not a resort, so don't expect those types of amenities. This is a modest mom and pop place. Rutted dirt roads. Dirt pads. Slow wifi. But very friendly folks. And the price is very reasonable. If you just need hookups and aren't looking for posh facilities, this is a good choice.

I've got a 40 foot Class A RV, and I've been parked here for nearly a year. It's shady and well mowed and quiet. The hook-up functions are new-ish and in good shape. I recommend it, you have good access to Tyler, Chandler, Lake Palestine, Toll 49, as well as IH-20.
