Very nice clean park. My only objection was to the off leash dogs of longterm residents. They were all well behaved and didn't approach my dog when I told them no.....but a little unnerving to a dog who has been attacked before. Otherwise liked the park alot and will likely use it again when we travel this way

You will not meet a nicer, more accommodating guy than Dean, that runs the park. Within a few minutes of meeting him you’ll feel like his good friend, and he’ll go out of his way to help you with anything you need, and have you laughing while doing it. The rates are good, the park is nice, the shower, and laundry facilities are kept very clean and cool, and there is a nice little dog park for pets. We will stay here any time we’re in town. Five stars for sure.

This RV park is awesome! Easy to get on and off I20 with any size RV and far enough from the highway so as to not be bothered by the noise of traffic. This was my first time staying in our rv instead of a hotel. Close to a state park and lots of trails. Tyler is a midpoint for our trip so I'll be staying here again in the future. One of the things that made my stay so great was the hospitality of the owner, Dean. He has a great attitude and is very welcoming. My time at the RV park was supposed to be just for the night but 19mins after leaving the RV park to continue my travels the next day my

Outstanding!!! The owner, Dean, not only takes care of the property y'all he genuinely cares. We havent usually stayed in cabins—they were extremely convenient to say the least. We loved it. Spacious, well equipped, very clean, and the neighbors, well, they were perfect! Location is everything yall - this was by far the best experience I've had in all of east Texas. I'll definitely be back. The Trails At Lavender Rd did and outstanding job! I'll recommend this to everyone.
