Very nice RV place, we decided to call them after hours, but even they are closed on Google, they picked up the phone, guide us and allowed us to stay there overnight. The owner is a nice guy. This place is very organized, clean and have all necessary hook ups for RV. Recommend it 👍

Very clean and well maintained. Alfredo the owner and his son are super friendly . Stayed 5 nights. Centrally located for short trips to Canton, Van and western side of Tyler. Don’t miss Los Pinos in Ben Wheeler. Will definitely stay there again soon.

This is a clean family owned and operated RV park. Family operated means just that everyone in the family works tirelessly to keep this park in top shape. Clean bathhouse, real grass (not weeds) lawns at each site, and immediate response to any concerns. A little close to the freeway noise but not a deal killer. I will absolutely stay again. Highly recommend.

We stayed 6 nites. It was a nice place to stay. The young man at the office was very friendly. They had a bath house with a place to wash and dry your clothes. The bath house was very clean. Would definitely stay again.

Forgot to do a review when we returned home June 2020. Only stayed 1 night, very clean and well kept RV park. Easy pull through sites with grass! Nice for the dog. Friendly reception, and easy check in. We would stay here again if we were traveling through :)

We found this little gem by reading a bad review on another RV park we were checking out. We were only staying one night and wanted to stop early so we could BBQ and relax before dark. We called ahead and the nice young man asked us to pick a pull through and he’d be right there. We did just that. He met us soon after. Site was level. Park was clean and well manicured. We took a walk in the sunshine. Noted the awesome metal cabana and storm shelter! The laundry/bath house was spotless! We washed 2 loads. This place is a short drive to Dallas. We will definitely come back here to stay longer!

This was a one night stop for us and we were very glad we did. We were looking late at night and they accommodated us even after hours. The place is immaculately clean and maintained, from the bathrooms to the landscaping. Owners are friendly and helpful and even let us know about the Canton Flea market (which we visited and loved!) Would definitely go back. Also honored our Passport America discount at the time (although even without it, it would have been a good value)!

Stayed for a couple nights with our senior dogs as we were waiting for a storm to pass through Louisiana. This park is super clean and meticulously maintained from the grounds to the restrooms. This was one of the best parks we have ever stayed at and just what my dogs needed on this long trip. Green grass and a clean dog park was the best we could have asked for!

I can't say enough good things about this place! I stayed here for 2 months while working in the area and Karen and David were awesome the entire time. The place was always clean and organized. The spaces are wide with plenty of room to pull through. I'd recommend this place for 1 night stays, long term and anything in between.
If I'm back in the area I will definitely be staying here again!

Whenever we are in the area THIS is where we stay!
Whimsical charm, beautifully upkept, quiet little spot with easy access on and off the highway.
Nice little area for picnic and campfire with plenty of seating and mingling. Nice pond out front for you to get your lure wet, and even a few ducks to watch.

The owners here are the greatest people and have done so many improvements on the property. Thirst pride in their business shows.

If you come for Canton Trade Days, make sure you call for reservations in advance as this is a favorite spot!

We really enjoyed staying here. Clean park, nice laundry mat and rest rooms. Several areas under trees with chairs to sit and read a book and dog fenced area. Owners are friendly and make you feel welcome. Full hook ups with 50amp.
We would stay here again if we come back to this area. Easy on and off Hwy 20. Not far from Canton.

We have stayed in Canton & now here during Trade Days Canton. Loved this little rv park. Very clean, quite & cost per day was cheap compared to staying in Canton. Someone was working around the property the whole time we stayed there. They have lots of wagons around the property & a nice size pond up front. We didn't need to use the facilities but I went in to check them out & the 2 shower/bathrooms were very clean. The washer dryer machines were also clean. If you are doing Canton I would recommend staying here vs the high cost of the RV park in Canton.
