If you're looking for a fair priced lox bagel with a very nice amount of salmon, this is the place to try. It's very tasty and the salmon tastes very fresh.
One thing I'm on the fence about is the ordering and pick up processes. Some things, like coffee drinks, are ordered where you pay rather than the main Order Here line. New customers seem to get tripped up a lot and since the place is pretty packed when I visit, you get the small sense of chaos. Notwithstanding, they give you order numbers for some menu items while others are simply called out out when ready, leaving a debate as to whether

I worked here for a week until I was able to find a new job and quit. They are very rude and nasty people especially Kim don’t let the fake smiles fool you. They only want Hispanics working so they can pay them under the table. Kim and Katie walks around in the kitchen eating out of food with their bare hands and they use bread off the floor to make sandwiches Kim yelled at me because I dropped a wheat roll on the floor and threw it away she said next time to wait until the customer leaves and put it back in the pack. This place is awesome for breakfast and lunch sandwiches!
Their iced coffee has iced as coffee which equates to no dilution. So simple but no other places like Starbucks and three other coffee shop around Rosslyn does it. The sandwiches are hearty and comes freshed card me everyday.
