I moved out about 2 months ago, and still haven’t gotten my security deposit back. Despite having sent multiple emails and having called several times each week, the management doesn’t respond 98% of the time. When they do pick up my call, they fail to give any conclusive answer on whether the security deposit check has been mailed or not and what amount I will be returned. Instead I’m told to follow up with accounting department and post office with absolutely no tracking details or even an indication on whether the check has been mailed or not. Don’t bother to spend $3500+ per month for an awful experience. No matter how much concession they offer, they will take it back from you.
I lived here for 17 months and it’s the worst rental experience ever.

Update: I have now paid thousands of dollars to be released from my lease contract. Beware anyone planning on moving here.
I also identified construction damage to one of the countertops that the apartments are now stating they will charge me for if they are not able to remove. I clearly demonstrated that a person is not capable of causing this damage and that it had to be a machine. Because I missed it during my move-in inspection they are insisting I am liable for it. Toured with my boyfriend a few weeks back and he ended up leasing one of their 1 bedrooms. The community is so clean and well kept, you can see the cleaners going around wiping everything down. The staff is so nice and made the leasing process so easy! Usuly touring and leasing can be overwhelming but the staff here make everything headache free and easy.

STAY AWAY! This place is an absolutely horrendous complex with never ending list of issues. It is new but from day 1 issues after issues. First construction debris in the fridge. The next day LEAK in the apartment. Then clogged toilet (likely due to construction debris). Then a non-functional heating unit. LADIES BEWARE because the apartments don't come with all the blinds - my balcony looks right on to the road and they will not cover it with a blind. You will have to hire someone to install those. We have been living here thru AIrbnb din January. Thats how we found out about this. The staff here couldnt be more accommodating, and they truely are luxury living conditions. The gym and the pools are right at your door. The extra common areas are totally inviting for small gatherings with guests. I love living here. Too bad I have to go home to Illinois the end of the month.
