Find the available listing you would like to apply to and use the "Apply Now" button. Complete the application. One for each person over 18 years of age is required. For faster processing, make sure all information is correctly filled out on the application. There is an application fee per person over 18 years of age.
As stated in your lease, once the lease has been fulfilled for the term of the lease, it will renew on a monthly basis thereafter with each succession beginning on the (1st) first of each month. If we do not receive notification, we assume you want to stay for another month. What does this mean? We hope this has clarified any confusion and thank you for your understanding.

I have now rented, for going on two years. I have had nothing but a great experience with them. I was very skeptical about renting in the first place because some management companies are not very good at tending to the tenants. Betty in the front office is always more Than happy and capable to help me when I need help with certain things or have any questions. Titans maintenance program is always on point when it comes to getting jobs done in a timely manner and keeping you up-to-date. I definitely recommend renting from Titan management.

We have had a good experience with titan management. A few years ago when we were looking for a place to rent we were working with Heather. She showed us a few properties and was so patient with us. We have lived in our house for a couple of years and haven't had any issues. Sometimes with maintenance requests it can take awhile depending on what it is, but when they do come they are nice and fix what needs to be done.
