My husband & I have had our insurance needs taken care of by the Florian's for over 30 years. During that time life has presented issues where we have had to make claims. Never once have we had an issue. We have now worked with 3 generations of the Florian family and have had nothing but awesome service. Whether you call in on the phone or walk in the front door.... you are greeted as a friend (sometimes even by dogs or grandchildren!!!)! Our children that live out of town still use the Florians and we have recommended them to many of our friends that have changed their business over. We look forward

We had all of our cars and home insurance policies with Florian for the last 15 years. They are easy to work with and provide great customer service immediately upon contact with them. Luckily we've never had to make a claim, but I'm confident that their claim service would go as smoothly as every other dealing we've had with them.

We are so happy that we switched to Florian insurance! They have great auto and home insurance prices, much more competitive then "big name" insurers. They are professional, responsive and have the option of paper billing or online. It's also nice to know that we are supporting a lical family business. We've have been customers since 2015 and we are continually happy with their service. Definitely recommend!
