I love love the manager Abby She is so down to earth and has so much compassion for people. She understands everyday life...and she goes the extra mile for her tenants. I stayed here for a full year and now I'm in my 2nd lease term. When I first moved in there was a bug problem they worked so fast and hard to get rid of them I haven't seen them since. I love how she stays on top of the maintenance to make sure things stay working for us as well. I wish more managers were like her.

The staff are great! They followed up with me on my search for an apartment but sad to say I don't make enought to qualify for the apartment. I get SSI and the little bit of $793 isn't enough to live anywhere decent in Des Moines. So we have been homeless and still trying to find a place. Thank you to your staff for their help it's meant a great deal to me.

One of the loving and helpful caring manager (Kelly) of all. Moved in almost a year now and I have never felt much caring like this before. She (Kelly), helped me trough a lot even if I have problems paying my bills, she helps me trough and solved the problem. It is a very clean place and good people.

This complex is not a bad place to live, and I would give it a higher review if it wasn't run so poorly. They offer appliances many aprtments don't, example (washer/dryers). Unfortunately most of them are broken and you'll be waiting forever to get them fixed. They will acknowledge that your stuff is broken though but they just have a really hard time following up on anything. They recently started work on the parking lot and they are the most inconsiderate management in complex history. Instead of doing it in 4s they blocked off all the parking for half the complex...That means people are parked
