I just had a long conversation with Misha, she is so kind and so helpful. You can tell that she is genuine about wanting to help people. She does not make you feel judged or bad about your situation and completely relates to you as a human being. This company dropped my bond while I was still in the hospital after suffering from a heart attack. THEY weren't returning MY calls! I had been in contact with my attorney and the court. This place is very unprofessional. I was able to communicate regularly with my attorney and the court. The judge even spoke with the hospital staff. They were quick to take my money but wouldn't follow up with any communication. The agent didn't even notify my attorney or cosigner that she was dropping the bond. Once they have your payment service for their clients stops and then she lied to cover-up the fact that
