Un professional and rude the minute you walk into office.
Hardly get up out of chairs n theres two of them.
I only went here cuz price is cheap or i would hve went elsewhere but now we see why its so cheap you get what u pay for!!!!
They literally told me a female to wait outside in the freezing cold n rain now that could hve been sd over phone so my safety wouldnt hve been an issue

Jasmine the manager does not respond to messages to call back they are not attentive to their customers they ask for everything to be done in order to move forward with bond but they fail to do their job I highly suggest anyone just take your business elsewhere if you want someone to actually do what you have paid them to do. Very disappointed in their service and they definitely need new management working 12-3 as the manager is not how to run a successful business. I would rate them a 0!!!

Second time going never feel comfortable at this location. Parking is very small for the number of people in and out. One car parked wrong and no other cars could park in the parking lot so parking on service road or else where. The inside tiny place for about two people to sit and eight or more sometimes at a time. Its all about the money and no consideration to those who come just to support the deviant population.

DO NOT use! Way too many bondsmen to get set up in this trap. They are unprofessional and will set you up for failure then send a bounty hunter to your home! Unorganized and frankly don't know anything about the bond business!! Eddie the owner has HORRIBLE reputation in the business!! Don't do it you will regret it!! Not to mention they never returned calls and are way rude! Just don't!

They'll do everything they can to help you. A very nice young lady named Alexis helped me as much as she could , answered all my questions as much as she could . Would really recommend getting quoted for a bond by this young lady. So all very great staff and very understanding company. Also a very young lady named Denise helped me over the phone was also very professional.
