Services
Individual, couples, and family psychotherapy are provided, as well as parent consultation, consultation with and training of professionals, psychoanalysis and personality assessment. I consult with mental health professionals, clergy and religious leaders, spiritual directors, educators, and other health professionals on topics related to emotional health, spirituality, and the emotional aftermath of traumatic life events.
You will notice that the backdrop of my website has a circular Celtic knot logo. The Celtic knot represents my view of our inner psychological worlds. The many strands of our emotional lives are woven together in intricate and complementary ways. Ideally, our psyches function in accord with a stable and lively rhythm.
Our work will start with 2 to 3 collaborative consultations to assess where you are at in your life, how you got to this place and what goals can be established for realistic change. At the end of the consultation phase, I will review with you our mutually agreed upon conceptualization of your suffering and outline the various options of addressing your concerns.

I have been to several psychologists and psychiatrists and so have high expectations. I was very impressed with Debra in terms of her warmth, her
therapeutic acumen, and her skills. She was also on top of billing, which is no
small feat. I have nothing but good things to say about her and recommend her.
