Have you been taught to keep, "family business" in the family? Does the thought of going to therapy bring up discomfort? You are not alone. It's normal to have hesitation when trying something new or there's been past harmful experiences. I offer a private and safe space where our time together is all about you.
If you are curious about what that may be like, contact me. Historic trauma and past harm may show up as challenges in current relationships, depression, anxiety, rage, low self-esteem, underachievement, oppositional behaviors etc.
