This place is well maintained with fairly nice people. I would have gave 4 stars until today. I accidentally overpaid my rent 2 months ago. The manager Paige said she would refund the over payment of $200.00. I went in today to get my over payment, which is now $205.00. I was told they WILL NOT REFUND the over payment. I was told they keep it and the office doesn’t write refund checks. This is wrong on many levels. First the manager herself told me I’d get a refund check and the office keeping money that is NOT theirs. Beware!!!

I dont even want to give them a star. Don't even bother. It's not worth the money. One thing they don't tell you when you sign your lease is your rent goes up every year. They wanted $50 more for an apartment that they don't even want to come update or fix. The rudest neighbors I ever had in my life. I see a police vehicle there at least once or twice a week. And to top it all off when we finally moved out I get a call from debt collectors asking for more money.
Two months later. Muirwood village didn't even notify me of any chargers after leaving and they have our phone numbers and our new address

This place blows hairy ball sacks. I moved in in may of 2015, and the fridge was out by July of that year and it never got fixed while I was living there. The area was convient when buehlers was in the same building as ace though. Nothing ever got fixed when I lived there in my apartment. It's more expensive than my mortgage payment now.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had trying to rent. If I could give Muirwood Village a no star review, I would. If you have a family and are looking to rent in Delaware, l would suggest looking for another apartment complex to rent from. Poor customer service and a complete headache to communicate with.
