When you are looking for a new place to live it can be time consuming and challenging. While visiting Copperleaf, I encountered Dinika, the property manager and she was outstanding.
She was kind hearted , thorough, and explained all steps in their process. She is an asset to this company and I recommend that you make sure she is working if you visit. Thanks Dinika for outstanding service.

Don’t waste your time or money. Rent may be cheap but you will pay for it in every other aspect. Everything is very outdated. You will pay 350 a month in electric for this 900 sq ft condo. They don’t bother fixing anything or getting to the bottom of any of the issues that go on here.The property manager takes 3-5 days to respond to emails or phone calls. Then always has the excuse that she’s out of the office. Even their maintenance man has openly told me that Copperleaf is too cheap to fix anything properly. So pay a couple hundred extra in rent and save yourself a headache.I could keep

I lived here when I was a small child, like maybe 5 years old. I'm a teenager now. I remember it was so dangerous outside to play. If we had a ball roll down the hill, it would go straight into heavy traffic on Sawmill Rd. One time, I almost got hit by a car. Also, I remember that the maintenance guy on the premises would give me and my brother a dirty look every time he saw us getting in and out of moms car or playing in our front fenced in "space" in front of our townhouse. Him staring at us gave me the chills down my spine.

I just moved out due to relocating but I loved this community and apartment. This was my first place on my own and the office management was wonderful. Latrice always listen to my concerns if I had one. Maintenance was great too. I did have a few things break but they always came out and fixed the issue. Obviously these apartments aren't brand new so you may have somethings come up but they will take care of it! I will miss this community and Latrice like crazy!

Price is good, but that is about it. Management is atrocious. In the seven months that I have lived here, the A.C. has broke twice, plumbing backed up in the kitchen and now the toilet doesn't flush. Usually takes them a few days to even reply to a work order. This place needs to be shut down or a complete management overhaul needs to be done.
