First and foremost: the apartments are in terrible shape for the price they charge. My apartment had a large portion of ceiling with water damage and a very poor patch job done, we requested it be fixed the same day we moved in, they didn't fix it until a week before we moved out. Secondly, management is pretty absent, I'd call to put in work orders/ask questions and wouldn't hear back for a month. The 'tennis court' has been under renovations for at least 2 years now and is basically just storage for their maintenance people/trash bin. The driveway and basketball court are both in horrible disrepair

Lived there 5 years, never late on rent, had to leave for death in family, gave 35 day notice in January , paid for another month, then got a bill for cleaning, painting, and another months rent. my water bill was exactly the same every month for 5 years, know I was over charged, I liked Delaware but this place was a Dump. Also had to take my trash a block away to empty. They do this to everyone that leaves.

The playground is a disgrace. The one you can see from executive street. There are weeds all over it and old beat up equipment. You barely ever see a child there. You care about the front of Hayes colony with all the flowers that look nice. Aren't the kids just as important.?

Called to look at a apartment and was greeted very rudely and talked to rudely. Was not helpful. Glad I called and will not be renting from there. If you are going to be rude over the phone then I will not bother living there and paying them.
