Ha, I tried to force myself to like these apartments until I didn’t. My building power goes out atleast once a month. I am typing this review as my power is out now. I’m going to keep it simple. The new management company isn’t any better then the last. The complex renovations and the new valet trash doesn’t justify anything. Stop trying to beautify the property before solving the actual problem. My shower has been running cold water since i’ve moved in (maintenance ticket #5 or #6). The power is always out and I mean always. The gates are always broken so entering the property is effortless

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I’m going to base my review solely on my experience when living here, not the way they treated me when trying to collect my deposit money. Which was terrible if you’re wondering. ROACH INFECTION. I NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE BEEN SCARED TO HAVE COMPANY out of fear that a bug will be crawling on them. The charge you for a pest control that literally never comes. Under the cabinets aren’t leveled , you can’t put anything under you cabinets because everything falls over. It’s lumpy and cheaply made.

Originally this review was different. The manager at the complex gave me a concession of 250 to change my review so she wouldnt get in trouble. Mind you the 250 was to buy a new tv because this compex failed to fix my leaking ceiling twice. Let me go back to when I signed the contract. Benjamin who helped came off nice and like he knew what he was doing but beware. he made me sign a contract stating i would get the first month for free which then he told me that wasnt true and made me sign a new contract without the concession (free month) of 900 plus. I asked him why and he replied with the manager

This is by far the worst apartment complex I have stayed at…they had me sign my lease online before move in date and in the lease it said how much I owe which was the prorated amount then the date of move in they tried to require me to pay the full amount of rent and rent wasn’t even due yet. You can imagine how angry I was they sprung it on me last minute. I felt like Benjamin doesn’t take any concerns seriously! I moved in to a toilet that had noticeable scratches and the toilet was stained yellow. I asked for a replacement and the most they did was put blue dye in the

I love that i have places around me to shop at & that im near downtown i actually love the apartments not loud at all , no easy access , friendly neighbors & two huge pools . its just my whole year living here . the water or lights are always off due to the apartments problems not sure why but its like constantly but the apartments are great over all!

I went through a lot to get this apartment but Martha helped me through the process.
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to see the apartment before moving in. The complex is old and it's visible. I think the pictures online were from when the apartment was first built. The neighborhood is not that great.
One major problem is that there are roaches. They have pest treatment every Tuesday but it's still uncomfortable living with roaches. They never truly go away neither so I will just have to adjust to it. It's only a 3 month lease so I can manage.
My advice is to come and see the place before purchasing
