I do not live there, but I want to one day when it's my turn. I've been out there a couple times. It's always nice, clean and peaceful. The staff was is amazing and friendly. Even giving bad news was done nicely lol. My heart was broken, but ill just have to wait longer to get into my dream place at The Waterford! That's how great these properties are and maintained. They are just fabulous! I know there's others that feels just like I do, and have to wait to get into this wonderful community also. So, I'm not going to be jealous of all the people that goes before me and that's there now living

We visit a friend that lives here every week. There is a lengthy wait list to get a unit here, and for good reason. The exterior area is always well-maintained: sidewalks and roads cleared of ice and snow during the winter; lawns and landscaping properly watered and cared for during warmer months. The neighbors are quiet and respectful for the most part, and there is a lovely lake with seating that is surrounded by many, but not all, of the units. Each unit has low step entryways and at least one uncovered parking spot by their front door. If needed, Tarta is also available.
