Holden and Oakdale Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Centers offer long term skilled care and short term rehab services, as well as a variety of therapy and health programs.
Holden Rehab is also home to Wachusett Respiratory Care Unit and Oriol Therapy Services. Oriol Therapy Services offers comprehensive outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapy services for the entire community. OTS is conveniently located on the Holden Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center campus with dedicated parking and entrance.

Services
We represent a long tradition of quality family care. Oriol Health Care takes pride in being one of the few remaining family owned and operated health care organizations in the Worcester area. The two principals, twin brothers Robert & David Oriol, are active within the organization and oversee the day to day operations.
Oakdale Rehab has a Wound Care Certified Nurse on staff who is available 24/7. Oakdale has Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in the building twice every week to assist in wound care. We also work with companies to provide specialty mattresses and negative wound therapy to help with the healing process and skin care.
Oriol Health Care has been a leader in providing quality health care to our community for over 55 years. Oriol is a family owned and operated company offering a continuum of care from outpatient and short-term rehab to home health care and companionship, to long term skilled nursing care. Our team members, patients and residents are family to us.
Both facilities offer long term skilled care and short term rehab services, as well as a variety of therapy and health programs. Our facilities encompass a very spacious recovery environment including private and semi-private rooms with wi-fi, telephone and cable television.
Holden Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center is a 123 bed nursing facility providing long term skilled care and short term rehab services. Holden Rehab is newly renovated and is now home to Wachusett Respiratory Care Unit and Oriol Therapy Services. Established in 1964 as Holden Nursing Home, our facility has grown to accommodate many needs with state of the art equipment and mostly private accommodations.
