There are no accommodations for the handicapped. No elevator to get to the second floor. No designated parking space for the handicapped. This should be noted on their website.
Unable to get a good night sleep, because of the loud air conditioner running all night. If you bring cash you receive a 5 percent discount. Maybe you could invest the cash in getting new air conditioners for the rooms.After all we are there for a relaxing vacation.

If I could give them zero stars I would. We booked a long weekend here and when we arrived after 7 hours of driving we were told that they didn’t have a reservation for us. We booked through booking.com. The front desk woman was nice but there was little she could do as the hotel is completely sold out. We spoke with the owner on the phone and he lied and said he had no history of our booking, we actually found an email that the south winds had send themselves confirming our booking. He was of no help and offered no compensation. Everywhere else is cape may was completely booked. One of the worst

Love this hotel. We found this beautiful hotel a few years ago for a family vacation. Since then we have come back many times as a couple and a family. Every time we come back we fall more in love with the hotel and Cape May.
The hotel is super clean, beautifully decorated and well maintained. The location can't be beat, it's literally steps from the ocean. It's located on the more quiet side of town which we like. It's a family owned business, they really care and it shows. They go above and beyond in customer service.

We stayed for a long weekend for our anniversary and had a wonderful time! We stayed in a two bedroom suite. You can tell they did a nice renovation. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was pretty well stocked. There are no baking dishes or mixing bowls, but otherwise had what we needed. They also supply toilet paper, tissues, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryer and linens. My only complaint would be the seating in the living room area. One couch that was not comfortable and one small armless chair. We were ok for three days, but if there were more than two of us it would have been a bigger deal
